COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

THE COMPETITION

1. Any person participating in this Competition (“Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products”) – run by SKINNY GREEN, does so on acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)
2. The SKINNY GREEN – “Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products” Competition will run from 27 June 2022 – 29 July 2022 (2pm GMT+2), after which date the promotion will automatically lapse and no further entries will be accepted.
3. In order to enter the SKINNY GREEN – “Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products” competition, entrants must select their preferred social (Facebook or Instagram) platform (or both) and follow the steps to stand a chance to “Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products”, during the promotional period (27 June 2022 – 29 July 2022 (2pm GMT+2). No purchases are necessary.
4. This offer is limited to the prize stated only – 3 x SKINNY GREEN TEA carton, 3 x SKINNY GREEN COFFEE carton and 3 x SKINNY CAPS bottle, combined to the value of R2040 (excl. VAT).
5. Winner will be notified via direct message once the promotion has been concluded.
6. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The SKINNY GREEN – “Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products” Competition is organized, promoted and fulfilled by Futurethis Consultancy (Pty) Ltd., is open to South African residents only and is being run across Facebook and Instagram SKINNY GREEN accounts. You may only enter once on each platform.
8. The SKINNY GREEN – “Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products” Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

THE PRIZE

1. The prize offered for this promotion is 3 x SKINNY GREEN TEA carton, 3 x SKINNY GREEN COFFEE carton and 3 x SKINNY CAPS bottle for 1 entrant.
2. All entries must be submitted by 5 August 2022 (2pm GMT+2) to qualify to receive the prize.
3. All entries will go into a draw to stand a chance to win 3 x SKINNY GREEN TEA carton, 3 x SKINNY GREEN COFFEE carton and 3 x SKINNY CAPS bottle.
4. The promotion will close on Friday the 5th of August 2022 at 2pm GMT+2. The winner will be drawn at random and announced shortly after.
5. The rewards cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole, and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable nor transferable in anyway.
6. SKINNY GREEN reserves the right to withdraw or substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value.
7. The obligations of SKINNY GREEN in connection with the– “Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products” competition are deemed fulfilled when a prize is redeemed.

EXCLUSIONS AND OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

1. The SKINNY GREEN – “Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products” Competition is open to all, from the age of 18 years of age.
2. For any queries regarding the SKINNY GREEN – “Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products” Competition, the participants can contact SKINNY GREEN on 0860 01 80 22 during office hours (between 08h30 and 16h00) on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
3. The terms and conditions of SKINNY GREEN apply.
4. SKINNY GREEN accepts no responsibility and shall not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or the bearer, or accept any liability for (a) any inability by the Winner to use the prize or at all (b) the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided by any participating partner(s), or (c) the contents, accuracy nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss, injury, death or damage to any property occurring while using the services of the partner.
5. SKINNY GREEN cannot replace any lost or stolen prizes and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and /or prize without notice.
6. SKINNY GREEN is not responsible for any prize misrepresentation (written or verbal) or warranties by anyone/group other than the Promoter.
7. SKINNY GREEN has no responsibility for the administration of the Participating Partner and will not accept any liability in relation to the quality or performance thereof.
8. SKINNY GREEN reserves the right to withdraw the prizes without advance notice in the event of force majeure such as war, earthquakes, disasters, calamities or similar circumstances or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
9. SKINNY GREEN reserves the right to terminate the SKINNY GREEN – “Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products” Competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all Winners agree to wave any rights that they may have in terms of the – “Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products” Competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against SKINNY GREEN in connection with the – “Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products” Competition.
10. SKINNY GREEN may choose to publish the names of the qualifying entrants in this promotion but may only do so with the consent of such qualifying entrants.
11. The SKINNY GREEN – “Win a 3 month supply of SKINNY GREEN TEA, SKINNY GREEN COFFEE and SKINNY CAPS products” Competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
