Recipe: Apple Pie Pancake Bowl

Ingredients

PANCAKE BASE

  • 1 Egg
  • 20g Flour
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 80g Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Apple, diced
    *add some milk / water if you find it to be too thick!

TOPPINGS

  • 30g Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 Apple, diced
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix all the pancake ingredients in a bowl and add it to a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Microwave for roughly 90 seconds. It works best if you cover the dish while it’s in the microwave. (Microwaves may vary so check on the pancake after 60 seconds and leave it in for another 30 seconds if its not cooked through.
  3. Add the toppings and enjoy!
